It's lovely, and very powerful, and I always find it helpful but the poor audio quality ruins it. There is a loud, hissing sound whenever Louise speaks with an 's' sound and it's very distracting.

The guided meditation on this audio book is staggeringly powerful. I found it an incredibly emotional experience with some mind-blowing elements included (I won't spoil it for others). An amazing release of decades old emotion and a sense of a clean start was what I gained from my first listen of this book - I was amazed at how powerful it was - I had not expected quite such a soul level experience. Keep a box of tissues at hand - you'll need them! WOW...

I love Louise Hay and this book is no exception to her amazing work. a guided visualisation which brings out surprising emotional responses . choosing which 5 people to put in the room was hard but I was surprised to find people I didn't realise I was angry with coming into my mind... I feel slightly lighter and less tense than before I started this visualisation and I'm currently using Louise Hay's work to try to self-heal some horrible and shocking situations I was thrown into as a teenager. I will be using this one over and over again.
