Thirty years ago, four children went missing from rural Tennessee. FBI Special Agent Chase Adams' sister was one of them. She's been searching for her ever since.
Now, after more than three decades of silence, seven-year-old Stacy Peterson's bike is found at the end of her driveway. Only problem is that Stacy isn't riding it. When her abduction is linked to three other girls who vanished into thin air, Chase fears this is the start of another kidnapping spree. It doesn't take long for her to be convinced these cases are related, despite being separated by more than a quarter century.
Except no one else thinks the way she does. And given her past, local law enforcement is reluctant to believe her.
Thirty years ago, Chase ran, leaving her sister behind. This time, she's determined to stick around and find out who's responsible for setting her life on such a destructive path.
The problem is that Chase isn't the most stable FBI agent in the bureau. And when or if she finds out what really happened to little four-year-old Georgina Adams, will her mind be able to handle the truth?
More importantly, will her soul?

Loved how this book showed how messed up Chase really is. How many times will Stitts keep going the distance to save her? Will she ever really get the help she needs? Will she reunite with her husband and son? What happens to her sister and niece? Can they ever come together as a family unit? Does she turn back to the dark side at the end of this story? I personally think she needs reunited with Damian Drake, who has his own set of demons to deal with. Maybe they work out their issues together. Only time will tell. Patrick you keep writing and I will keep reading.
