This audiobook is one of the better listen

There is a high degree of randomness to poker, and no matter how skilled you become at utilizing math to know the score of a given a hand you can never neutralize the random element completely.

I really appreciate this audiobook.

In a general sense, a probability can be thought of like the odds that a given potential outcome will end in one specific way. I'm just starting to dive into poker. I knew there was a lot involved, but this audiobook that there is a lot more than I thought!

Better understanding of values now

For anybody who doesn't know the math of poker, it is like you are simply guessing at what you are doing. I have often wondered how much maths are involved in poker but have never bothered to investigate this

Don’t be fooled by this book

This was the very worst poker book I have ever listened to. It was clearly not written by poker players and the narration is astoundingly poor. Audible needs to verify the other reviews because I got scammed into purchasing based on the good results but this book is truly not going to help anyone with their game.

very hard to listen to.

This audio book is so hard to listen to, the narrator sounds like he's trying his best to sound like a machine, and the grammar is overly complicated for no reason. Just because this is an advanced poker math book, does not mean you need to throw in every big word you know at every corner. Also, the poker terms used are so out of the ordinary. The river is called the waterway, folding is called collapsing, and other standardized terms are jumbled up into confusing nonsense that makes it very difficult to understand.

Unbearable. Intentionally 'computerized' narration

Intentionally unclear. Intentionally misleading descriptions. doesn't use common poker terms i.e. Lift not Raise. AVOID
