I had high hopes for this book, based on the reviews, but was sorely disappointed as it was mainly just telling the reader 'about' what courses and books are out there, NOT a 'how to' book! I could have just searched on the 'net for what it said. Honestly, I feel cheated, ESPECIALLY as it's read by a voice-reader (so robot, NOT real narration). Some odd gaps in the timing every so often, which is rather distracting, to say the least. I would say there are FAR better books out there; one being 'Quantum Memory', written by the world's TOP memory man for 6-7yrs in a row. He actually tells you HOW to learn, by giving direct instruction, and with his own (so 'real') voice. Save your money and bypass this book altogether.

NOT a good book at all!
