These breathing exercises together with the narrator's calming voice have been working really well for me. After about 5 - 10 minutes, this audiobook manages to drive my focus away from the thoughts, and after a while I usually just shift to sleepy mode. Once or twice I even fell asleep before the meditation ended! Amazing result. Thanks!
