This was a really informative and entertaining listen. I found it deeply enlightening for being a source of compassion and understanding for the women in my life. I found that knowing and expecting what’s coming, as well as how to counteract or “go with the flow” of certain parts of the process, would probably be so helpful to any woman in this time of life.

And another thing this title does well is to really empower and show the plus side of what’s to come:

“While the majority of the talk surrounding menopause pegs it as a rather tragic occurrence, it really isn’t. It doesn’t have to be. That’s just another myth to tear down. My wife wanted to find more information to help her through the menopause as she is currently perimenopausal and is suffering with her hormones. She loved the guide as it gave her loads of great information to prepare her so she can do all the things which will hopefully minimise any discomfort or radical changes that she feels like she might suffer from based on her current symptoms. Her favourite chapter was understanding about the hormones as she found comfort in this chapter as it made her realise she wasn't mad and it wasn't just her suffering from these symptoms. Great audio and has helped her with confidence and motivation to get through it.
