It started in the first chapter and continued into the last. The excuse for this excess!!!!!! "it was the only way to persuade the Heroine into marriage." What happened to romance and courting? The story was mundane, unimportant and insipid. The secondary characters, overacted and were unbelievable. The cat held the "this dribble" together, it was used as a link between set scenarios. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, after the first book. "Waste of time" and money.
