Ckzarr and Roxy are attracted to each other but the Tallean mate bond hasn't kicked in. Determined to not lose her heart to him Roxy starts thinking about leaving the ship. When a distress beacon is received from an old Dominion ship the crew agree to go and investigate. While some of the crew investigate the tech that they find, Roxy and Ckzarr are trapped in a small room that is not a room but an escape pod. On their own they land on a mining planet and then their troubles start. Captured by pirates who discover that Ckzarr has a bounty on his head, they find a way to escape into the tunnels. Chased by not just the pirates they follow an old escape path and find themselves picking up some new friends. As more and more dangers surround them Ckzarr and Roxy realise just what they mean to each other, provided they can escape and get back to The Revenge. With lots of action, adventure and drama you can't fail to be captivated by Ckzarr and Roxy's story. This story is worth more than five stars and you won't be able to stop listening.
