A wonderfully narrated course which really provides a sense of how practical and liberating Magick can be. As a long time studier, this really got me into actually doing it and wondering why I didn't get on with certain practices sooner. I love it, I did find it odd that the lbrp was at the end, I'd had put it in the start if it was my course. All the lessons were spot on and congruent to what I have heard from other magicians elsewhere. It's really cool to have guided magick lessons even though he is perhaps a bit too explanatory! The breathing is hard because he doesn't keep the best count, but I also have limited capacity at the moment so there's that. All in all, the best audiobook I have ever purchased, I love magick!
