I am in my 60s and retired, so to occupy my day, I decided to see if I could learn the tarot my daughter does, and so does my wife, so you my of thought I would have a general idea.
Well, no, I have never given it much thought I was never at home long distance driver and my relationship with my wife is very complicated still married love each other but can not live together and that is why I really don't have an idea about Tarot reading.
what actually made me think about learning? I really don't know, so I visited a few new age shops and a few holistic shops and settled on the ThoTh Tarot deck as they seemed to interest me more than the others, so bought them I also bought the book of ThoTh how to understand Alistair Crowley's ThoTh Tarot deck, and this is were the Qabalah kept coming up so decided to purchase one it was so deep that I found it hard to get my head around it then I found I had bought the wrong version I had purchased the Kabbalah so went of in another search and found this book so purchased it then started to read it, then decided to join Audible I am very happy I bought the book as it shows you a lot especially how to do your own tree of life and the audible makes sure I pronounce the names correctly. Now, about the book, I am only up to day 8, and it has changed my life completely. The tarot deck seems to talk to me I know it sounds crazy but they really do, not just the pictures, the symbols, the coulors, it's like the cards are guiding me to a path, but I know it's this book I feel so much calmer, it's really hard to explain day 8 and I feel a totally different person and it's all good as a matter of fact excellent, David wells author and narrator guides you step by step and makes the Qabalah easy to understand, well.the bits we need to know about, but I know when I finnish the book I will be hungering for more a lot more, this 21 days to understand the Qabalah really is a life changer you not only learn the Tarot you learn a lot more about life and the spiritual Qabalah, it will 100% change your whole perspective of life Guaranteed an excellent and exciting book thank you David wells

This book is a must for those travellers into the occult and mystical paths. Very well written and in the audible the best narrator I have heard to date making for a highly enjoyable and informative listen. Finally, a book that explains the bare bones of the tree of life and qabalah in a way a lay person can understand and use. A brilliant introduction which deserves to become a necessary classic for the beginner. A very definate 10 out of 10!
