The book has some valuable tips on extreme lean, and the writer has lean in the heart. The extensive website with the enormous amount of short and nice self-made videos is a good adition to the book.Who was your favorite character and why?

I like the enthousiasm and humour of the writer, it makes the book a very enjoyable read/listen.Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
The fact that the book is only around 2 hours makes it a great listen when driving between home and the office. Many books are just too long to stay focused over several sessions.I listened to it several times and I am sure I will get to it later when I am in the mood for a good companion on the road.
