About this listen

Stuart Milligan, Anthony Head and Camille Coduri are the readers of these three original novels featuring the Ninth Doctor, Rose and Captain Jack, as played on TV by Christopher Eccleston, Billie Piper and John Barrowman.

In these adventures in time and space, the travellers discover a dangerous alien predator at an abandoned Soviet naval base, a Neanderthal man in modern-day London and a world on which fiction has been outlawed.

The stories are The Deviant Strain by Justin Richards, Only Human by Gareth Roberts, and The Stealers of Dreams by Steve Lyons. Based on the hit BBC TV series.

Stuart Milligan played President Nixon in two Doctor Who TV episodes; Anthony Head played Brother Lasser in the episode 'School Reunion'; Camille Coduri played Jackie Tyler in the series from 2005 onwards.

I really enjoyed the first story read by Anthony Head and the last story read by Cammile Codrui the second of the three was not very good I think it was down to the reader ot was so boring that I skipped it otherwise really good Anthony and Cammile really made me enjoy the story because of their performance.

Almost Great

Great imaginative and fun really captures the ninth doctors personality as well as his companions whilst also remaining in line with the series at that time

While I loved the first set, these 3 stories were always the stronger pack from the Ninth books in my opinion. I enjoy the dark setting in The Deviant Strain and Only Human, and the 'unsure what is real' setting in The Stealers of Dreams.
Would recommend to any whovian.

Absolutely fantastic!
