Its a lovely listening, id recommend to anyone with a busy mind or who wants to look at their mind from a different perspective.I would recomennd listening to it in bite sizes.

I enjoyed the book because l could relate to what the author said. He is very realistic and doesn't offer rocket science solutions but very simple and practical ones! I have started to apply some of the author's solutions and l am very pleased that l can face some storms head on. I am thrilled and looking forward to tackle very hurdle calmly!
