Weaving motivational and prophetic poetry, prayer, and Spirit-filled reflection with bold tenderness, Ítala Veloso guides the wounded, the weary, and the waiting into wholeness...and freedom in how God made them.

Her first book, Awaken: Finding Hope Beyond Brokenness, is a poetic journey from brokenness to breakthrough and from self-reliance to dependence on Christ Jesus. Available both in English and Portuguese.

Ítala writes with deep conviction that true change begins in the heart. Rooted in lived seasons of pain, surrender, and renewal, her life's journey from São Tomé and Príncipe, to Portugal, and now England, is the foundation of her ministry.

After a life-changing encounter with Jesus her message became—healing is possible, hope is real, and Jesus is Lord. And now she compassionately equips others to move from emotional survival to spiritual revival through honesty, empathy, and truth.

Beyond writing and coaching, Ítala shares encouraging content across social and podcast platforms, serves her community and Elim Coventry, and delights in prayer walks, nature, sunshine, dancing, and heartfelt conversations.
