Wayne Moloney was born in Sydney, Australia and now lives in the Blue Mountains of NSW. Having started his career as a Mechanical Engineer, Wayne quickly realised the schoolboy dream of mechanical design was not for him. On entering the business world Wayne discovered his real passion was business development, particularly sales and marketing. He soon left engineering behind to forge a career in business that saw him manage and build revenue for businesses across 3 continents, and in many different industries. Wayne has authored practical sales handbooks that reinforce the foundations needed to be successful in sales and sales management. His latest, The Wentworth Prospect, is a novel that takes a deep dive into the high-stakes world of strategic business-to-business selling as it follows the fortunes of the book's hero as she navigates the intricacies of complex, strategic selling to land the deal of her career.
