Yes, that’s me. Today, I am a writer. If you don't know me, a few years ago (okay, decades, really), I left seminary to be an evangelist, then a minister to youth and college students, a college public relations director, a guest lecturer, an adjunct professor, and a pastor in three churches. And now I write. Words have always been like seeds in a farmer’s hand to me, like paints on an artist’s palette—waiting to be something more. We've each been entrusted with a handful of seeds to sow wisely and colors to spread across the canvas of our days. To be creative. To tell the story of Jesus through the power of our own stories. To lead his people home. This is why I write.
