Wally Rudolph is a multidisciplinary artist and educator based in Los Angeles. He is the author of the literary novels Four Corners and MIGHTY, MIGHTY (Counterpoint/Soft Skull), and his short fiction has appeared in Lines + Stars, Palooka, The Brooklyner, and the anthology Literary: Pasadena, among others. In 2019, he served as Writer-in-Residence at the Annenberg Community Beach House in Santa Monica. As an educator, Wally teaches in the creative writing programs at UCLA and Stanford, where he develops decolonized, process-driven curricula that help writers articulate the values and lived experiences of their communities on the page. Wally’s artistic work also extends into film and television, with screen appearances in Sons of Anarchy, Legion, and the award-winning independent film Bang Bang. Born in Canada to Jamaican immigrants and raised in Texas, Wally has lived and traveled throughout North America. He now resides in Los Angeles with his son, Redd.
