Victoria Bagnall is an educator, speaker and co-founder of Connections in Mind CIC, an organisation dedicated to helping people understand their brains so they can be kinder to themselves and those around them.

A former teacher and specialist SEN tutor, Victoria has spent many years working with schools, families and professionals to develop practical, evidence-informed approaches to executive function, neurodiversity and inclusive education. She is passionate about moving beyond labels and behaviour management towards classrooms where all learners feel understood, supported and able to thrive.

Victoria is the author of *The Neuroinclusive Educator*, published by Bloomsbury Education. Drawing on her professional experience, her work with thousands of educators, and her own neurodivergent perspective, she writes about how schools can build cultures of belonging through everyday teaching practice.

When she is not writing, training or speaking, Victoria is usually thinking about how to make education more human, more hopeful and more genuinely inclusive.
