Vic DiGenti is the award-winning author of six novels, a collection of short stories, and six works of nonfiction. His novels include the Windrusher trilogy of adventure-fantasies featuring a four-legged feline protagonist and the Quint Mitchell Mystery series published under the pen name Parker Francis. Vic’s also penned biographies for two WW II veterans, and written four other personal biographies, plus a family history. Working with a group of acclaimed authors as part of the Alvarium Experiment, Parker's short stories, including the award-winning "The Strange Case of Lord Byron's Lover," have appeared in two of the consortium's anthologies—THE PROMETHEUS SAGA and THE LIGHT FANTASTIC. As a working author and publisher (Windrusher Hall Press), Vic has taught writing classes at the University of North Florida and workshops at numerous writers conferences throughout Florida and other states. He’s a longtime FWA member, Regional Director for NE Florida, and a former Executive VP of the FWA Board. He lives and works in Ponte Vedra Beach with his long-suffering wife and two blasé cats named Yogi and Olaf.
