Trevor C. Nolan is a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran and a Latino business leader who founded Military Might Publishing in 2023. He holds the distinction of being an Adelante Leadership Institute Fellow and a Center for Creative Leadership Lideramos Fellow. As the CEO of Summit Advanced Program Consulting, Trevor supports veteran-owned businesses and advocates for social action. In addition to his business endeavors, Trevor is an active executive member of the El Paso County (Colorado) Salvation Army Advisory Board and serves as a DoD SkillBridge Mentor. His first book, Military Money: How to Thrive on a Government Salary, is the first in a series of books aimed at helping Service Members and their families navigate and thrive in the military. Trevor's second book, The Penguin That Wanted to Be a Seal, is a children's book that teaches military children that no goal is too great.
