Tracy Birdsall lives in St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. She splits her time between the Caribbean and her native Northern California. She is passionate about mentoring and giving back to the community. She spent the last twenty-five years in corporate America and recently decided to live the island life. Tracy spends her free time at CrossFit, traveling the world, hanging out at the beach, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, reading, writing, cooking, going out on the town and baking. Tracy is enjoying her best life in the Caribbean doing remote consulting and freelancing. She has an MBA in International Management and speaks multiple languages including fluent Spanish having lived in Venezuela growing up. Tracy caught the travel bug at a young age. Tracy loves to share her passion for life with others. She has always been curious and adventurous. Utopia for Tracy is inspiring others to pursue their dreams. Most recently Tracy was the Vice President, Head of Specialized Sales North America for VISA Inc. Prior to VISA, she severed as Senior Director of Sales for Equinix, a data center and infrastructure company. Previously, Tracy spent eleven years in the IBM ecosystem. She headed the IBM software group as the executive leader overseeing the entire western US representing all IBM software.
