Tony Rubleski is the Author of the Bestselling Mind Capture book series. Don’t Quit. Do It. is the tenth book in the series and was released globally in January of 2026. As the Founder of Mind Capture Group, now in its 21st year, he’s recognized as one of the top experts in the world at sharing proven ways to get and hold attention in a noisy, highly distracted, and competitive world with an average attention span of only 8-seconds. Drawing on over 30 years of experience working directly with and for several successful startups and hundreds of consulting and speaking clients, he’s sought out by both new and repeat clients to inspire their teams and identify hidden growth opportunities. His unique and highly engaging presentations reveal proven and effective ways to build genuine connection and trust with others through effective questions, listening, humor, and a positive mindset.
