Tom Mast lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife Eddie. They have two sons and five grandchildren. Tom received a BS degree in mechanical engineering from The University of Texas and an MS from Stanford, served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard and Spain, and returned to graduate from the Harvard Business School. In recent years, he has been active in several non-profit organizations. Tom has long focused attention on Congress’s Quagmire and an issue that is caused by the quagmire, the Federal Debt. He believes that in the importance of all citizens being familiar with these two topics, their causes, and the remedies.
