Starting as an actor, he sought to understand the human experience, ultimately transitioning into entrepreneurship, where he found his calling. For nearly three decades, Tim has pioneered immersive, experiential training through his companies, 3G Professional Solutions and Insights4Choice. These ventures provide transformative simulations that equip corporate clients, medical professionals, and first responders with vital interpersonal and leadership skills. Founded in 1996, 3G Professional Solutions specializes in live, customized training sessions featuring professional actors to create realistic scenarios. These programs help participants develop critical communication skills and gain the confidence to engage with diverse individuals effectively. Through Insights4Choice, Tim extends this model to self-exploration, fostering deeper understanding and empathetic leadership within communities and organizations. His approach emphasizes authentic engagement, encouraging participants to cultivate creative thinking and adaptability. Tim’s wide-ranging certifications include: EMT, life and health insurance provider, insurance adjuster, a Series 6 Financial certification, and executive coaching (CPCC). His diverse expertise, combined with his executive coaching certification, uniquely qualifies him to serve as a trusted facilitator and consultant. Tim’s philosophy centers on self-reflection, believing that the most important dialogue is the one we have with ourselves. A lifelong learner, Tim continuously invests in his own development, studying under influential leaders such as Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard, Dr. Roger Teel, and Joe Dispenza. His extensive training includes participation in programs like the Science of Mind Educational Series, Spiral Dynamics, The Sandler Sales Training System, and The Landmark Forum. With over twenty years of growth and insight, he draws on his experiences to guide others in creating meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from Metro State University and remains committed to being of service, helping others find alignment, purpose, and a path to lead from within.
