Tim Tamashiro is the bestselling author of *How to Ikigai*, a book inspired by a simple question: What makes life worth getting out of bed for? A former host of CBC Radio's *Tonic*, Tim has spent much of his life exploring the ideas, habits, and perspectives that help people live with greater purpose and well-being. His search eventually led him to the Japanese concept of ikigai—the belief that each of us has a reason for being and that a meaningful life is often found where our gifts meet the needs of the world.
