Tiffany Vakilian was born in Baltimore, Maryland but grew up in San Diego, California. She published her first poem in 6th grade and has been writing ever since. She's the quintessential renaissance gal--an accomplished, author, editor, and speaker. Vakilian earned her Master's Degree with the concentration Transformative Language Arts; using spoken, written, sung, or embodied word-art to facilitate social awareness and change. “I integrate the transformative into any work I do, working with people all over the world (I can’t tell you who they are, due to NDAs)!
