Dr. Terrance E. Dillard, Ph.D., MSIA, CISSP, is a cybersecurity practitioner, artificial intelligence strategist, educator, and United States Air Force Gulf War veteran based in Metro Detroit, Michigan.

For more than three decades, Dr. Dillard has worked at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, risk management, and workforce development, helping organizations understand the opportunities and challenges created by an increasingly connected world.
