Christie is a 20-year career veteran in education and has served as an officer in the United States Air Force. Christie's mission is to inspire and support teens through encouraging and facilitating creative experiences that help them learn, grow, and expand into confident, composed, and courageous young adults. Christie is a coach, teacher, and writer who created Teen Powerhouse Society as a way to inspire confidence in the teens she helps daily. Her writing encourages students to explore their identity and uncover values and preferences unique to them. Christie provides thoughtful, useful, and creative projects that students use to learn about who they are and wish to become. Teen Powerhouse Society invites teens and those who love them on a transformative journey that empowers teens to become the best version of themselves. Being a powerhouse is not about conforming to a mold; it's about discovering your unique strengths, passions, and potential. Christie feels extremely fortunate to do the work she is called to do as a coach, teacher, and writer.
