Tatyana Feeney is originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, where she studied art history before becoming a children's author and illustrator. She has written and illustrated several books for children, including Small Bunny's Blue Blanket, which was nominated for the Waterstone's Book Award, and Cambridgeshire Children's Picture Book Award. Her second book, Little Owl's Orange Scarf, was nominated for the Kate Greenway Medal and won the Rotherham Children's Book Award. Her most recent book, Small Elephant's Bathtime, "soapy, sudsy, bubbly fun..." received a Kirkus starred review "Charming, brilliant in color and execution, and funny to even the most indignant foot stompers, NO! screamers and bathtime boycotters. (Picture book. 2-6) and was included in the Society of Illustrators Original Art Exhibition Tatyana now lives in Ireland with her family.
