Hi, I’m a writer tucked away in the wild, hilly backwoods of the Midwest, living my best life in a cozy little cabin on a humble plot of land (just me, the trees, and a family of overly confident squirrels). I’m a big fan of solitude—me, a mug of something hot, and a notebook—but toss me into a good conversation and I’m all in, especially if we’re diving into the mysteries of the universe, the magic of the human mind, or the sheer brilliance of math and science. When I’m not writing or wondering about wormholes, I’m probably working out (yep, five days a week!), wandering forest trails like a woodland cryptid, or—yes, really—hugging the occasional tree. Lifelong learning is my secret sauce for eternal youth, and I don’t plan on aging gracefully…I plan on learning my way around it. I’m happily married to my favorite human, raising two amazing kids and two lovable dogs, while sharing the yard with an unofficial squirrel army. I may be a little odd, but I’m delightfully so—and always curious.
