Susan Guttridge is a Counsellor in the sunny Canadian province of British Columbia. She runs a private practice called Live Happy Counselling Services, where she works with youth and adults. Susan holds a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and has extensive post-graduate training in trauma therapy. Susan's professional registration is with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association, and is an EMDRIA Certified Therapist. Susan's training and expertise is in working with post-traumatic stress, anxiety, panic, traumatic loss, depression, and life transitions. In addition to using the therapeutic approach EMDR, Susan is trained in narrative therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, mindfulness, and mind-body attunement therapy (a somatic approach to healing).
