Suk Ching (Candy) Chan understands the struggles ambitious professionals face—burnout, procrastination, anxiety, and the pressure to always achieve more. She’s lived through them herself. With a Master’s in Financial Services and a degree in Computer Science, she built a thriving career in the fast-paced worlds of IT and banking. Over time, Candy noticed a troubling pattern.
