After battling with his own jealousy for many years, Stewart found that the few good books he came across on jealousy were rather dated and some of the newer ones were either totally inept or not even relevant as they focused too much on the need to see a psychiatrist. Stewart couldn’t find the book he was looking for. He wanted a book that actually worked and having found none, he decided that he would write the book that he wanted to read. A book that was practical and easy to use. It was important to Stewart that the book not only helped people who suffer with jealousy, but also helped people who are in a relationship with a partner who suffers from jealousy.
