Steve McAllister, also known as Steve McAlphabet, is an artist, author, filmmaker, poet, songwriter, teacher, and performer. He is driven by a passion for challenging the status quo and exploring deeper truths about society and human existence. After a year-long experiment living without money, Steve developed a theory called ABC Squared Economics, which emphasizes the importance of Artistry, Business, Citizenry, and Community in creating a balanced life. His dedication to this theory led him to live without gasoline for a decade, followed by a cross-country motorcycle journey through the lower 48 states and two Canadian provinces. Steve's latest work, Jesus Said Stuff, reflects his ongoing exploration of spirituality and philosophy. His experiences and worldview are further shared through his performances, including Will Rogers Revived, which revisits the political humor of the 1928 Anti Bunk Party presidential candidate. Steve’s work continues to inspire others to rethink their relationships with society, art, and the world at large. Through his creative and thought-provoking works, Steve aims to guide people toward a more unified and holistic vision of life, always encouraging exploration beyond conventional boundaries.
