He earned his Doctorate in Leadership, is a deep thinker and always has more ideas he is mulling over than he can implement in a lifetime. Steve began his career with the Military and brought his interest in high performing teams and leadership to the business world as a consultant, coach, entrepreneur, and executive. A native Australian, he works globally and has lived in Thailand, UAE and is now living outside London with his wonderful wife and three brilliant daughters.
