Steve Boyls is a software engineer with over 35 years of experience. He has a computer science degree from the University of Tulsa. Steve has worked in the oil and gas industry, telecommunications, and for Department of Defense. He has his own software development company. Since recovering from his prolonged ICU stay, Steve developed a keen interest in stem cell activation for healing and wellness through an affordable photobiomodulation technology.
