Steve Arneson is the author of four novels - American Dreams, a story of love and friendship on a cross-country road trip in 1975, The Third Witness, about the start of the federal Witness Security Program in 1971, The Moonshine Club, a story of prohibition set in 1927 Montana, and The Bank Robber, about a young boy taken hostage after a robbery in Denver in 1935. His collection of short stories is titled Finding Amy Martin; it features 8 stories across different decades, all set in Montana. He's also written two best-selling leadership books - Bootstrap Leadership and What Your Boss Really Wants From You. Steve spent his corporate career as the head of Leadership Development and Talent Management at Capital One, Time Warner Cable, AOL, and a division of PepsiCo. He is retired and lives in Asheville, NC, and is currently at work on his second collection of short stories.
