I grew up in a little village on the west coast of Scotland and from an early age, I started to foster an interest in the occult in its various guises. As a teenager in the 1980's my interests grew, and I bought my first real occult book, Magick in Theory and Practice by Aleister Crowley. Although it was a difficult read, this book really opened my eyes to what was possible. I tried the various rituals, but some were way beyond me (and still are) but my interest in magick continued to grow. As an adult I joined the military and so my magickal studies went on hold for a while and even when I left in the late 90's, my civilian work took me around the world and never left me time to continue studying and practicing as I wanted. It continued in this way until recently when I finally settled and found myself in a position where I could return to what is a lifelong passion for me; the study and practice of magick! Over the years I have investigated various avenues of magick and mystical based studies and groups, such as the Golden Dawn and AMORC (Rosicrucian) to find where I am most content. Witchcraft proved to be the one for me and the one I feel wonderfully comfortable and at home with. I have pulled together my witchcraft knowledge into this series of books or lessons to help you, the seeker to cut through the years of searching and confusion that I suffered and get straight to the why's and whatnots of witchcraft. This series is meant to provide a foundation of knowledge and exercises that a potential witch needs to progress. The lessons (12 in all with a bonus 13th lesson) will be released as they are written, and my funds allow. I hope as seekers of witchcraft, that you enjoy these lessons and can make full use of them.
