Stephen J. Scott is a memoirist, RAF Regiment veteran, and lifelong storyteller whose work blends service life, family history, and the quiet resilience found in ordinary moments. Born in Dhekelia, Cyprus, and raised across military communities from Singapore to the UK, he brings a unique global perspective to every page.

His latest memoir, Bugger It, is the first in a planned three‑book series exploring the humour, hardship, and humanity of a life shaped by the RAF Regiment and the people who mattered most. Stephen writes with honesty, warmth, and a sharp eye for the details that make a life story worth telling.

Now based in Cambridgeshire, he continues to develop new memoir projects, including a prequel exploring early service life, training, and the long‑wet waits that defined a generation of soldiers. Alongside the Bugger It trilogy, Stephen has also begun writing for children — first to help young readers understand loss, and then expanding into a magical world of adventure and heart. This work became Sir Nathan and the Clues of Love, currently with a Peterborough‑based printer. The eBook edition of Bugger It has now been approved, and a 10‑copy Goodreads Giveaway opens at 08:00 GMT. It’s a chance for new readers to discover the memoir and join the journey from the very beginning.
