Sophie Jo is the author of THE JOBSHARE (Scarlett Press UK & US, June 2027), RED FLAGS (Amulet, Jan 2027 / Scholastic UK, 2025) and HEARTBREAK ERA (Scholastic UK, 2026). After being selected for the Madeleine Milburn Literary Agency’s 2020 mentorship scheme, her debut YA novel THE NICEST GIRL was published by Fox & Ink in 2022.

When she isn’t writing, Sophie can either be found wandering around Disneyland or rewatching 2000s TV show The O.C., which taught her everything she ever needed to know about tropes, dramatic kissing scenes, and love in all its forms.

You can find her on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook @sophiejowrites.
