Simon Court has spent twenty-five years coaching founders and CEOs through the moments that decide whether a business scales. He coached the CEOs and leadership teams behind two unicorns, Miniclip and Tipico, and has worked with founders and leaders across four continents.

He works with founders scaling fast, leadership teams under pressure, and CEOs navigating transition. He is not a coach who only asks questions. He brings his experience into the room and puts it to use.

He co-founded Value Partnership with his wife, Jane, in 1998, so he knows what it is to build and lead a business from the inside. Founder's Legacy is also a course on Coursera, and Simon speaks to founders and leadership teams at conferences and events.

He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and an MSc from Imperial College. He is a husband, father, runner and skier.
