Sherri Shepherd is a Daytime Emmy Award-winning talk show host, comedian, actress, producer, and New York Times bestselling author. Most recently, she hosted the nationally syndicated daytime talk show SHERRI for four seasons. A multiple NAACP Image Award winner, she also co-hosts the hit podcast Two Funny Mamas with Kym Whitley and recently launched Auntie and Ajumma with author Jayci Lee. With a career spanning more than three decades across television, film, Broadway, and stand-up comedy. Sherri was a co-host of the daytime talk show The View for seven years and has also hosted Dish Nation and The Newly Wed Game. She has appeared in acclaimed television series including 30 Rock, Friends, Sex Lives of College Girls, The Jamie Foxx Show and Everybody Loves Raymond, as well as films such as STRAW, Brian Banks, Precious, and Beauty Shop. Her upcoming film Angel in the Rubble is set for release later this year. A New York Times bestselling author, Sherri has written two books and recently released her first children's book, Sunshine Queens. She is also a passionate advocate for inclusivity, representation, and children with special needs.
