Thank you for your interest. Briefly, when I got sober, and realized it was fear that caused me to drink, I wanted to learn 1) why we fear; and 2) how to walk through fear so I can enjoy this life! I had no intention of publishing, however, as I started walking through my fears, I noticed a release of those fears followed by the power of freedom. I am excited to help others walk through their fears so they can enjoy their lives. In July 2019, I was interviewed on a local radio station, and it was exciting to share about how I got sober, writing the book, and my goals for the book. The book is titled F' Fear because the 5 steps I used to walk through fear all start with the letter F. As a follower of Jesus Christ, I am no longer living in fear, but living by faith.
