Serkan Deveci is an author, TEDx speaker, executive coach, and senior business leader. His work explores one central question: what actually reconnects leadership to people and performance?

Over the past two decades, Serkan has held leadership roles at Google, Danone and NBG Bank across Sales, HR, and Corporate Strategy. This rare combination of commercial and HR leadership, together with his research on leadership behaviours, shapes his perspective on leadership and organisational performance.

Serkan is the author of The Great Leadership Disconnect: Why HR and Business Leaders Drift Apart and How to Bring Them Back Together. He speaks internationally on leadership, employee engagement, AI, and the future of work.

He holds an MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology from King's College London and is completing a PhD in Psychology at the University of Warwick.

He lives in Dublin, Ireland with his wife and daughter.
