Scott Sadler is the author of Elevate Under Pressure: The Pressure Performance System for Leaders Who Refuse to Break and the creator of the Pressure Performance System — a framework that helps CHROs, CEOs, and senior executives shift from reactive performance to aligned execution under pressure. An ICF credentialedProfessional Certified Coach (PCC) - coach with 23 years of practice, Scott built his approach entrepreneur first, then corporate. He founded Clean Sweep, scaled it to 120 employees, and sold it, started a thriving coaching business and he then served as a Chief People Officer responsible for the architecture of how teams perform. A cancer survivor and longtime caregiver for his spouse, Scott has completed an ultramarathon and high-altitude mountaineering expeditions, and is a student of nature, yoga, meditation, running, and wellness. These aren't credentials he lists for color. They are the foundation of how he works. Scott speaks to executive networks, companies, at conferences and leadership retreats. He lives in the Pacific Northwest.
