WHAT I DO: I provide tenant representation services to Commercial Real Estate Tenants & Buyers in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles & Bay Area delivering Optimized Facilities (Renewing, Renegotiating, Relocating - Office, Tech, Biotech, Laboratory, COVID Test Sites, Industrial Space) at Below Market Rent. MY BACKGROUND: Over the past 20+ years, I have helped nearly 2,000 clients with all of their commercial real estate needs. Taking the time to fully understand each client’s unique requirement is just one of the reasons that clients continue to work with me and refer me business. I am known as a techie & car guy who is always learning something new. I have a passion for helping people & have extensive knowledge of the technical details of facility infrastructures, real estate financing, venture funding, burn rates, & lease contracts. WHY I ONLY REPRESENT TENANTS: My passion for exclusively representing tenants comes from my experience as Co-Founder of an online tech company. The agent I hired to secure my office space worked for a commercial real estate firm who not only represented tenants, but also landlords. I was on an uneven, conflicted playing field during the entire negotiation process. As someone who is an expert on the topic of commercial leases & dedicated to serving clients at the highest level, I knew that my focus had to be in this area so that no other client would be in this compromised position.
