Sarah holds a B.A. in English and Creative Writing, an M.A. in English Literature and Gender Studies from the University of Maine, and an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Syracuse University. She has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to her work with clients seeking healthier relationships and lasting change.
