Sarah Hamilton-Gill FCIPD is a shining example of how to successfully navigate the business world while living a fulfilling life. She is a well-known entrepreneur, executive coach, public speaker, and HR consultant, with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success. Over the past 30 years, Sarah has worked with hundreds of organisations of all shapes and sizes, and her astute business skills, innovative thinking, and understanding of how businesses operate make her an essential partner for managing directors and CEOs. Sarah's achievements include successfully launching over 160 consultancies, coaching hundreds of people to pivot their careers and businesses, and creating award-winning programs at companies such as BT, Morrison Utility Services, and BCHA. In 2018, she was a finalist for the National CIPD Awards in the UK for Best HR Consultancy, and in 2020, she won the award for HR Consultancy of the Year, awarded by the Business and Industry Today publication in the UK. Sarah was nominated as a NAT WEST Inspirational Woman of 2021 for the work she does helping people create their own businesses. This book was a finalist of Best Business Book 2021 in the HR & Management category and was one of the six most inspirational HR and Management books for 2021, as nominated by HR Zone. Sarah's passion for supporting others to be successful is reflected in her Leap into HR Consulting® Virtual Bootcamps, which have fast-tracked the success of many HR professionals moving from corporate to consulting. In March 2022 she won the advocate award from BreatheHR, one of the UK's largest HRIS companies, and is also a 2022 Finalist of the Women in Business Champion Award. Sarah also has a podcast called Leap into HR Consulting with over 70 episodes with key topics and guest speakers sharing their success stories. Sarah is not just a successful businesswoman. She is also a free spirit who loves to soak up the sun in her spiritual home, Corfu. She is an avid photographer, capturing nature through the seasons and recently became a resident photographer for a local travel company in Corfu, taking photos and creating memories for other guests. Her hobbies include mainly water sports and playing underwater hockey for the England ladies' team. Sarah has found a balance in her life, juggling her business and motherhood and has now got two grown-up sons. She has found her peace and tranquillity in life, and this means that if you contact her on a Friday she may be on a boat or at the top of a mountain and unable to answer.
