Dr. Sarah Andreas is a mixed-media artist, author, and reinvention guide whose work supports successful, driven women as they navigate the space between who they have been and who they are becoming. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and an MBA, Sarah blends academic depth with intuitive creative insight—bridging the worlds of art, identity, and personal transformation. Her mixed-media oil paintings, featured in national exhibitions, explore themes of truth, resilience, and emotional awakening. As a professor at Kent State University and the founder of WiseWood LLC, she weaves together art, storytelling, somatic awareness, and identity work to help women reconnect with their inner wisdom and step into their next chapter with clarity and courage. Sarah’s first art-infused book, Beauty from Chaos, pairs evocative imagery with contemplative reflections designed to help readers slow down, breathe, and meet themselves with compassion. Her newest book, Step Into the Ether: A Manifesto for Becoming, goes deeper—inviting women into the reinvention process through emotionally honest storytelling, identity exploration, and her signature framework: Reveal → Render → Rise. It serves as both a mirror and a roadmap for anyone standing in the threshold of personal transformation. She lives with her husband and son on a 250-acre farm in Strasburg, Ohio, where she paints, writes, and continues building the early foundations of the SoulZen Retreat & Studio—a creative sanctuary dedicated to art, reinvention, and embodied becoming. When she’s not creating, she can be found riding her motorcycle, wandering the woods, or finding inspiration in the quiet beauty of the land around her.
