Sara Gibbons has been a natural health and personal development practitioner for over 20 years, successfully helping hundreds of clients improve and move on in their lives. She has a Doctorate in Client Transformation and Quantum Counselling, a degree in sociology, and extensive training, experience, and qualifications in various areas, including tai chi, feng shui, nutrition and spiritual development. Along the way she has learned a variety of other healing therapies and disciplines, set up and run her own natural therapy centre, and worked at a Spa and Retreat in Central France. However, what is the most important to her is that people are able to realise they can move on in their own lives after a trauma like a divorce, and find their own power and freedom. This is why she wrote her first book, ‘Rise Again after Divorce’, so that others could learn from her own personal and professional experience, and discover the possibilities they have to create the future life they want with ease. Born and bred in North London, Sara has also lived in and worked in the Midlands and the North of the UK as well as France. Now in Norfolk, UK she is delighted to be fulfilling a lifelong dream to live close to the sea.
